ABOUT US

Hi, we’re Johnny & Kerri!

We’re a husband-and-wife team from Washington, Pennsylvania. We own Barbiere, have two grandchildren, and love coming up with stories.

What started as an idea for grown-ups turned into children’s adventures, coloring books, math, and science. Our grandchildren inspire us to keep young minds active and curious.

The ideas come from our heads. The stories come from our hearts.

We aren’t illustrators, so we use AI-assisted artwork to bring our characters to life. We guide the art and shape the stories. Johnny also works in photography and filmmaking through Interval Studios.

We hope your family enjoys the Gnats as much as we enjoy creating them.
